Coral-motif juggling club. First prototype.
thingiverse
Create a 3D printed juggling club using Blender and Meshlab. The design involves manipulating a cylinder and applying filters like Poisson-disk sampling and Voronoi color sampling in Meshlab. Designed for easy one-piece assembly over a 3/4" dowel rod, this model was printed on Makerbot Replicators without supports. Credit goes to the blogger who explained the voronoi filtering process. Further improvements and more prints are planned for juggling purposes, and advice on ideal club balancing is welcome. The total print time was 18 hours; dowel rod assembly requires sanding before insertion into pieces, which will be improved in future designs with screw-in stoppers. Assistance with printing is appreciated to distribute this design.
