Corbeau Bretonnian King's Guard

Corbeau Bretonnian King's Guard

Second piece of my Bretonnian Homemade Army is the Elite Unit formerly known as "Chevaliers d'Honneur" when I was a young wargamer, the king's guard. It is made from the same knight set I found, also resized and customized to fit its new function in a warhammer army. As for the Bretonnian ordinary knight, I handmade some parts like the horse tail and the ears, the dark belt on the back of the mount, the ribbons upon the helmet and the jousting lance. This last part is a toothpick plugged into the lance part I created to make it looks like a real one. When the toothpick is glued, add some tubular plastic thing on the other side to figure a handle part. I created a shield with lily flower and a simple lily to print and glue on some places of the horse barding. To fit the shape of the model, I melted them once glued and curved them a little bit with my fingers... and with caution.
