This is a simple project to print and along the way you may learn how to make your own springs. (Thingiverse 4352817 ) There are a few designs for Cord stops on Thingiverse but I did not find one that used a spring to keep things in place. There are lots of these on the internet for sale but they are a bit pricey, especially if you need more than one or two. I hope you like the print -
