I used Sketchup to align the top hole with the bottom hole of the Z Axis Bottom. I created a raised (7mm) cylinder to hold a 608zz bearing (22mm across, 8mm hole) to allow a taller lead screw to pass through. Added a new file (Z_axis_top_lead screw_M5.stl) which is the same file but with M5 (instead of M4) mounting holes AND with the sockets that hold the Z-axis lead screws opening at both top and bottom. For me, it is easier to be able to push the 6mm rods down, through the this top plate and then into the bottom plate. This also provides a way to remove the Z-axis 6mm rods (for maintenance or whatever) without having to remove the top plate from the frame.
