Neat little corner brace for joining 20x20mm aluminum extrusion. Bolt holes are M5 diameter so you could use M4 bolts as well. Slightly beveled bolt head insets for easier printing. I like to print things like this with 50% or higher infill. It's a small piece so reduce your heat and speed. Printing multiple helps to allow part to cool while printing although you may encounter stringing! Instructions Print with a higher infill density of around 50% or higher.
