Corner Bracket for 1" Square Aluminum Extrusions

Corner brackets for cheap 1" square aluminum extrusions! I was searching for a good method to create an enclosure for my 3 axis CNC mill, after a lot of searching I realized using 2020 T slot extrusions would be far more expensive than I wanted to spend. I created a bolt-less corner bracket that could be printed in one piece with no supports that would accommodate common 1" square aluminum extrusions that can be found at Lowes or home depot for about $10 per 8 foot length. You can make the extrusions press in as loosely or tightly as you desire by crimping the end of the extrusion slightly with pliers, or even epoxy for a permanent solution. Building an enclosure for your printer is now as easy as printing a few brackets and creating a box as big or small as you desire!
