Standard M6 nylok nuts press fit into holes & 6.5mm round hole is clearance for M6 bolt. This works well on 20% infill 2 layers of wall for making safety guarding with perspex sheet. No supports required. "V3" has 10.2mm across the flats holes for the nuts. This works well on some printer settings, or it can end up giving a clearance fit. Try the "10.05mm" version for a tighter snap fit. You can use a screw to hold the nut parallel to the face then press it in with your hand on the corner of a table, or with a vice or arbor press.
