Corner Clamp

Corner Clamp

thingiverse

Another corner clamp. I couldn't find one exactly the size I needed so a redesigned one I liked. This one is a little bigger and will fit a 1" piece of wood and uses a 6mm bolt. **Thread:** I added extra tolerance on the threaded hole and stainless bolt I had fitted the thread comfortably. But the longer plated bolts I bought were a bit tight so I had to run a tap through first. This is a problem with printing threads, every printer has slightly different tolerances so your experience may differ. It is functional but isn't as good as a metal one as the plastic has a bit of flex. But it is certainly usable to hold a frame while the glue sets.
