AKA “I'm too cheap to buy a proper machinist's square”

This model is a very small change from Elproducts' “Corner Clamp Braces/Brackets for Woodworking”. I added holes through the outer clamp at 10mm from the point of the 90º corner. That puts them in the right spot to sneak a hex wrench through to screw down blind corners in 2020 extrusions.

These made squaring up my Voron pretty simple and cost a lot less than a machinist square. Sure, they're nowhere near as accurate, but they're good enough garden tools to build my space shuttle… I laid everything down on a few layers of glass plate for flatness, used regular wood working clamps to sandwich the extrusions between these corner clamps, and was able to screw everything down nice & square.

I printed in PLA, but they should work in anything but TPU… No supports needed. You might want to use extra perimeters and higher infill for maximum stiffness. I used 4 shells, 40% infill.

Original was released under CC-BY-NC. I'd prefer this be under CC-BY-NC-SA, which I believe to be a compatible change to the original license. If you prefer not to share alike, you can always download the original and make the changes yourself.
