I'm Building a printer enclosure using Aluminum Tubing. Using 1" Extruded Aluminum Tube. Printed these corner connectors. Similar to https://www.grainger.com/product/80-20-Corner-Connector-18G639?cm_sp=Home-_-Products_You_Have_Recently_Viewed-_-AZHPRV_HPAD-080620&cm_vc=AZHPRV_HPAD-080620 I added in holes in both the inside bottom and top 4 sides to allow a 3mm bolt to be passed through. I printed mine at 60% infill, but even 10% holds pretty good. Outside dimension of the main cube is 1" and the inside items are .8" Did many test prints and found this to be the best compromise between overtight and loose.
