Hi. This is a Subdivision ready corner couch made with blender. All the other formats are exported at subdivision level: 0 Textures and shader are both procedurally generated combined with pbr textures of 4k resolution. all renders were made with the Cycles render engine in blender 2.79. The native file contains all lighting and shader setup hence it should render exactly as in the preview gallery withought any extra work. model is correctly scaled and should fit any scene perfectly. no clean up necessary.
