Corners for Drona Boxes

This is an ultra simple design to give your Ikea Dröna boxes that little be more strength. If you've used Dröna boxes before you will know how versatile they can be, but they also start to show their age and don't stack very well. These corners have grooves in them so that they slide over the edges of the box to ensure there is no movement. I've place ultra strong double sided tape in my grooves and I can pick the box, holding the Corner. If you're looking for a suitable take I recommend DIY Doctor Tape. As the boxes get older they can lose their shape so a wider groove accommodated any misshapen corners. You may need to hold the box square whilst you apply the Corner. Stacking wise I've for four boxes high and there is no wobble, just make sure to put the heaviest box at the bottom. I'm printing on a FlashForge Finder and you can fit four of these Corners onto the print bed, but you'll need to reduce the size of the item by 5%, otherwise it all merges together.
