In 1915 a professor from Bethany College, Lindsborg, KS found chainmail from Spanish armor at a Native America Village dig site nearby. The hilltop nearby was then called Coronado Heights. In 1936 the WPA built the “castle” shown in this model. This was flown on 19 August, 2017 and uploaded directly from Maps Made Easy using the Sketchfab API. More information about the site can be found at: http://www.naturalkansas.org/coronado.htm
