A standoff for my brothers case went missing and rather than use some Legos or something to hold it up I decided to get fancy. Figured I'd upload it here for anyone else that wants it. Whipped this up in TinkerCAD. Basically you just hammer/push it into the hole socket on the case. Large cylinder is hollow for fast printing.
