Corsair Air 540 Vertical GPU Mount

This is my design for a vertical GPU mount for the Corsair Air 540 case that will allow full use of other PCIe slots on the motherboard. The bracket where the IO plate attaches is universal for any dual slot bracket. It should fit any case since it needs to be cut out of the chassis. This will provide a clean look on the inside and outside as long as it's on a flat surface. If using this in the Air 540, cut in the same spot as shown in the photos leaving a little play since the overhang will cover up a couple mm on either side and top and bottom for adjustment. The holes on the 2 pieces go at the top and are to screw the card in. The PCIe riser cable mount is specific for the Air 540 case. It's designed so that it fits the contours of the case while still allowing a 3.5" drive to be installed behind it as seen in the photos. There are screw holes in the feet that can be drilled out, but I decided to just glue thin rubber pads on the bottom to provide grip and dampen vibration. Screwing in the card will secure the top but once card is in place I'd recommend sandwiching some glue between the brackets to hold it in firmly. Printing instructions: Chassis bracket - Print both parts with the side touching the chassis face down and use supports. Ironing on the tops gives a nice finish. PCIe riser - Print upside down with supports. Supports should be minimal and most printers should be able to handle the angle the feet are on. Good luck!
