Corsair Fan Snap Grommet Replacement SP120 AF120

This is a replacement part for Corsair 120 mm fans SP120 and AF 120 (The ones I have were bought in 2013, I don't know if they kept the same design). These fans come with a rubber grommet that deteriorates over time, either because the rubber gets old and crumbles, becomes deformed after being held with pressure for a long time or simply breaks. This grommets snap into the place of the original rubber ones, allowing mounting the fan as originally intented, while keeping compatibility with most kinds of fan screw and the original hole spacing. I printed using ABS at 0.2 mm layer height and 4 perimeters for added strength. Increasing the number of perimeters makes the part stronger and allows machining the hole, in case a larger screw needs to be used. After printing, it should snap into place quite easily. In case it is too small, just reprint slightly larger. Otherwise you may sand it for a better fit.
