I recreated these feet in tinkercad based on measurements from the one foot I still have. I added support for the cylindrical posts. The posts may be a little too large because they needed filing post print for smooth pivot action when installed in the keyboard. The keyboard was completely level with no wobble after I installed it. I used 0.2mm layer height and the default 20% infill with auto support. My slicing software added supports for the small radius angles but those may not be necessary.
