Created this after my 1 year old son broke the hinges in both sides. Seems to be a common failure with this headset. The model does not fit 100% but good enough to be working. The Scad source is included but it is really convoluted - sorry for that. V2 updated with STL files of both sides. The screw hole is also slightly smaller to reduce the risk of the screw head going though the hole. Instructions Utimaker original - cura v. 15.02.1 - PLA, 75 mm/s print speed, 230C, 0,1 mm layer height, brim, 0,8 mm shell thickness, 25% infill A PH0000 screwdriver is required to remove the screws!
