Corsi Rosenthal Box Frame

Corsi Rosenthal Box Frame

cults3d

Designed to hold four 20x20x1 inch filters in a box shape for easier replacement of Corsi Rosenthal box filters. Filters slide securely in and out of the frame without the need for tape around the top and bottom edges. Instructions: For a full frame (bottom and top), print 8 each of the corner and connector pieces. For a half frame (top or bottom only), print 4 of each. A full frame will take about 1.5 kgs of filament (maybe a slight overestimate as I was having hardware problems on my initial test prints). Hot glue the frame together. The top frame can be duct taped to the fan. The bottom frame can be hot glued or duct taped to a piece of cardboard. Slide in filters and tape edges of filters together to cover any gaps. Enjoy your newly filtered air! Proceeds from sales of these STL files go to help me print more CR box frames for non-profits in my local area.
