This is the horn contact retainer for a 1970 to 1982 (C3 or 3rd Gen) Corvette with a tilt/tele steering wheel. Instructions Format is in OpenSCAD or STL, so it should be simple enough to load into your 3D printer. The part should be plastic (it insulates the tilt/tele spring from the rest of the steering column). Hopefully, this can be beneficial to someone else.
