<p>I got these cool solar powered lights you can mount on a fence or free stand, which I did.</p> <p>A wind storm came in and knocked my lights all over a few times in a row so off to the Temple of CAD for a quick fix.</p> <p>I added little drain holes.</p> <p>These are made to be set against a wall/step as shown. If someone wants a 4 sided stand let me know it'd be trivial to make it. Perhaps in a couple years they'll get ugly from sun damage but in my experience PLA is ok for longer than people make it seem.</p> They fit very snug, it takes a significant push to get them on. Check the glass edge against the top of the print to see if you're level, all the way around the base. <p>If they are tight, you can use horizontal offset to make it marginally bigger.</p> <p>Or print them out of TPU, which is "stiff" but great for tight fits.</p> </div></p> Category: Outdoor & Garden
