A very simple ring for costume jewellery - designed "Just For Fun" - using a ring with a section of an "U-profile" and an inner diameter of 19 mm. The 18 gems are shaped like a equilateral triangle.9 gems are placed in radial direction with an angular pitch of 40 degrees.The other 9 gems - with a small geometrical difference - are placed in opposite axial direction with an radial offset of 20 degrees and an angular pitch of 40 degrees.The width of the ring depends on the following two parameters:The inner ring diameter plus two times of the radial wall thickness.The number of the radial placed gems, respective the angular pitch.The model is available in following data formats:STEP-file (.stp) of the complete assembly and all native files (.prt) and (.asm),together in a (.zip)-folder, for users of » PTC Creo Parametric 2.0 «
