This is a cartoon accurate version of the Council of Ricks badge. The official prop has a raised disk under the R, which I wasn't a fan of so I decided to make my own. It's 100mm tall and is secured using a safety pin which I use for all my badges and pins. I designed a channel in the back to house an 18mm safety pin for attaching it to a jacket, bag or whatever. Installing the safety pin is easy. Just drop it in the channel, press in the bar that secures it into place, then put a drop or two of super glue to fuse it in place. The bar is a bit longer than necessary and is meant to be cut down in case your safety pin is a different size and shape than mine. The pic of the safety pin is of a different badge, but It's essentially the same setup. This was printed using gold PLA at .1mm
