Coupe de tete - Head section

Bonjour, Je suis enseignant et formateur de secourisme en France (PSC1 et SST). Pour enseigner comment savoir si une personne respire j'utilise ceci : la coupe de tête. Cela permet de faire comprendre aux apprenants l’intérêt de basculer la tête de la victime en arrière afin de vérifier si elle respire. L'impression taille réelle mets environ 12h sur la alfawise u20 mais ne coûte que 2€ de filament. J'ai imprimé en faisant des changements de couleur de filament en fonction des couches afin de mettre en avant les voies respiratoires (0 ->1.25 en blanc), la langue (1.25 ->2.25 en rouge) par rapport au reste du corps (2.25 ->3 en noir). Mais vous pouvez imprimer en utilisant d'autres couleurs, ou une seule, comme vous voulez. Vous pouvez imprimer la tête et le cou en même temps sur un plateau de 300x300, c'est pour cela qu'il y a une version du cou en 3mm, pour conserver la répartition des couleurs. Si vous imprimez en deux fois prenez le cou en 2mm qui vous fera économiser du temps et du filament. La tête et le cou peuvent être lié par deux vis M4 avec boulon, ou vous pouvez utiliser les clips fournis qui pour moi fonctionne sans colle. ---------------------------------- Hi, I'm a teacher and I teach first aid in France. It helps trainees to understand why we have to tilt the head back slightly, by lifting the chin, in order to check the breath. The duration for printing at full size is 12 hours with my Alfawise u20, for a filament total cost of 2 euros. I changed the filament's color according to the layers, in order to highlight the respiratory tracks (0 ->1.25mm in white) and the tongue (1.25 ->2.25mm in red), and contrast with the rest of the body (2.25 ->3mm in black). But you can use any other color you would like! You can print head and neck at the same time on a 300x300mm platform, that's why there is a 3mm version of the neck in order to keep colours distribution.  You can also print head and neck separately. In that case you can use the 2mm version of the neck, you will save time and filament! The head and the neck can be attached together using 2 M4 nuts and bolts. Or you can 3D print the supplied parts, it works without glue.
