This sculpture was made in 1963 by László Gömbös (1926-2010), a Hungarian sculptor. I could not find anything about it's previous residence, but now it commemorates the memory of its creator in the Fiumei Road Cemetery in Budapest, Hungary (also called Kerepesi cemetery).
