Covalent Bonding Customizer

Create substances with covalent bonding! Customize the atoms to be whichever atom you want, pick the number of bonds, specify the length of the bond, and you're all set! This is my first openscad project, so tell me how it works! I'll be printing this out to test it soon! I have uploaded some example STLs to show what it can do. Project: Covalent Bonding Customizer Objective: Students should learn to easily be able to model inorganic covalent compounds. Audience: Chemistry students from middle school through college. Preparation: Rudimentary knowledge of covalent bonding required. Preparation: Pick a compound that you want to model. (ex. glucose) Print the necessary atoms for it. (6 carbon, 12 hydrogen, 6 oxygen) Print the bonds of the required length. Assemble. Result: Result: You have modeled a chemical compound! Experiment by trying to create different compounds with different structures. (crystalline, molecular, etc.)
