Cover up the game Rush Hour, created by Thinkfun. Notice that no cover comes with the standard edition, but a sturdy textile bag is provided instead. Print out either the initial design file or the two "solid" files available. To achieve a strong hold, you'll need to glue (cyanoacrylate-based glues like instant-glue, power-glue, or super-glue work well) the latter "Solid" files together, resulting in a remarkably solid bond that I've been able to use reliably for one year under demanding conditions.
