Covered BCARs (3-layer and 5-layer) with o-ring retention

Important note: print the BCAR bodies muzzle-down! Much like my other BCARs, these all use F683ZZ (3mm x 7mm x 3mm) flanged bearings and 3x14mm dowel pins. These also use the same -016 O-ring as Sillybutts' MXL spigot scars (more info at https://www.stuffbysilly.com/foamblasters/slab), and in fact use the same barrel attachment mechanism, as I've found it to be quite reliable and easy to use. You'll either need 9 bearings + pins or 15 bearings +pins depending on whether you want the 3-layer or 5-layer BCAR, respectively. I've found minor improvements in accuracy with 5-layer, but there's a cost and weight tradeoff, so I've included both types here. I've also included two variations on the nut - you'll need one of them. I like the heavy knurl, but the other one's pretty good too.
