This provides front and rear covers to allow two Dell N870P-S0 server power supplies to be used either as pair or 12V 71A supplies, or as a single 24V 71A supply. This is intended for use with a PowerLab PL8 battery charger for RC model LiPo batteries. The front shroud provides two EC5 connector compatible housing. The handles must be removed from the rear of the PSUs (requiring disassembly) in order to fit the rear cover, and the chassis ground to 0V connection must be cut on one of the PSUs if they are to be connected in series. You should only undertake these modifications if you know exactly what you are doing. See https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showpost.php?p=36368240&postcount=113 for details. 19/11/18: Uploaded a single front cover in response to a request. No need for a rear cover when only using a single supply. Print Settings Printer: CTC Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.1mm Infill: 50% Notes: The rear shroud is simple to print, however the front shroud with the fan blades takes much longer and is prone to splitting if the printer is exposed to any draughts. It is recommended that the printer be covered during this print to reduce the risk of splitting.
