This is a redesign of the Prusa Face Shield released as an emergency face shield for emergency workers in lieu of store bought units. This design does not require holes to be punched into the clear plastic. I wanted to make assembly of the final product as easy as possible so the laminated sheet will slide in from one end. At the advice of a local medical professional, I also removed the holes from the headband found on the Prusa design as it can be difficult to disinfect small areas such as that. I trimmed the overall height of the sides down as well. This actually is not a remix but more of a complete redesign as I was not able to use Prusa's files to remix. I drew it up in Autocad Inventor and have shared those files along with the STL files, Prusa G-code, and Prusa project files. Note: This should be used for emergency situations only and assembled using gloves, a respirator, and in a clean/disinfected environment. You may be able to spray the mask with disinfectant before bagging to keep it clean. This is a make and use at your own risk type of assembly. I make no claims as to the cleanliness or effectiveness of this face shield other than its ability to be worn in front of a respirator, it's lightweight, and is easy to see through. If disinfected properly it may be able to be reused daily. You can also easily swap out the laminated sheet if need be.
