[Original post] I've been using this for a month and it hasn't broken, so I figure there might be people who would like to try it too. It's a result of several iterations in design after weeks (as shown in one of the photos). It comes with multiple functions that fit my needs for going out to work. Its sliding design will keep the virus (if touched) enclosed/isolated inside the tool. Its functions include: 1. door opener (by holding/pushing the door knob/handle); 2. wine glass holder (yes I need this); 3. lock knob twister; 4. press for switches, keypads, or any kind of buttons; 5. (thick/thin) pen holder; 6. paper tweezers (useful for handling paper work in the office); 7. key holder; 8. rod holder. Its maximum open is about 37mm, wide enough to handle most (if not all) door handles. The design complies well with ergonomics and therefore very handy and efficient to use. One thing to note is that when used as a holder for (door) handles, you need to work your index finger together with the slider, as shown in the photo. This is purposely designed for better durability (due to the cooperation of your finger) and operation efficiency. I also purposely designed the slider to be (a bit) loosely mounted onto the base, partly for an effortless sliding and partly for tolerating certain 3D printers that have issues about printing accuracy. Certainly you could remix it to make it tighter but so far I seem to have enjoyed its looseness for fast operation. About the printing, it's recommended that you orient the two items in the same way as in the photo. You don't need support. You may want to use 'brim' to improve adhesion if that's a common problem of your printer. This is important especially when printing the 'case', whose base is small and will go high in printing. This design is not scientifically/governmentally approved so please use it at your own risk. Nevertheless do let me know your experience and suggestions for improvement. :)
