Covid 19 Vaccination Multipass Holder Smaller and Larger versions

These are remixes of level2three's [awesome original Covid vaccine multipass](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4827336), first scaled up to fit my vaccination card, which measured 4.25x3.5" or 108x89mm. After it was complete I thought it ended up being way too big, so I decided to make a copy of my card and scale it down to something closer to the movie version. The large version here will fit the 4.25x3.5" or 108x89mm version. The smaller version is for a 3x2 5/8" or 76x66mm copy. You can print the bottom as one piece, labeled part A & B, or print them in two pieces, A, and B, if you want part B to be a different color like in the movie. Either way, part B ends up acting as a locking mechanism to hold the top and bottom together. You'll probably still need a drop or two of glue at the front end to keep the top and bottom together. The large version has a friction-fit clamp-on front edge, I made the small version without that and instead went with an enclosed space for the card.
