UPDATE 07/04/2020: It seems to be a good solution to those people that have to keep a uniform state of policy... I mean that is not very shocking and could be dressed in the uniform cap without any problem. Keep safe, if you keep safe, all of us are safe (army, police, etc). https://youtu.be/z4y72HGESrQ UPDATE 04/04/2020: Both versions work fine. Use any of them with broche_v2. UPDATE 04/04/2020: added clipfrontal2.stl and cliplateral2.stl that modify earier versions and makes the circular fastener insertion to be easily. Thanks to the great Juan Manuel Franco, graduated in mechanical engineering, that made those mods. UPDATE 01/04/2020: added broche_v2 that has a bigger hole to let enter the clip more easily. Use your default printer settings... Print 2 lateral pieces and only one for the front and 3 circular fasteners. Fasteners must have the logo in bottom position for better results. Step files included. I recommend to put the frontal piece first in PVC or acetate sheet making a central top hole on it. After bend to one side of visor and mark with a pen. Bend without bending the center of the sheet to coincide boths far sides of sheet and mark the simmetrical other side. Make lateral holes and put one lateral clip on each them. That's all... NOTE1: It is a little bit hard to put the circular fasteners and that makes the shield be more secure fixed. I recommend to enter one side pressing the other at the same time (in vertical way). Soon a video will be uploaded (I am trying but thingiverse lags too bad and do not start the upload). NOTE 2: Use at your own risk.
