COVID Face Mask with simple Snap on or Rubber Band Filter

This is a remix of my snap on filter and a full face mask. Will need a sealer material around the face mask to seal properly. As always, this is not officially tested or approved for medical use. The clip design allows different thicknesses of materials to be used without modification. The clip can potentially omitted with good rubber banding of a filter media. . So far, our best candidate for filter material are HEPA vacuum bags, and a sterilization wrap fabric called HALYARD H600 which may be in abundant supply in hospitals. I do not have any way to test these materials, and I would love to be put into contact with someone who can provide guidance here. The fingers need more flex than I believe PLA can provide. Currently I print my prototypes with 3 shells, and solid infill. .6mm extrusion width and .3mm layer height.
