COVID Pandemic Mask with Buckles & Splatter Guard

Added a buckle STL file for use on the elastic straps as well as snap on splatter guard cover. Splash guards STL files have been updated for the Male and Female standard width masks. 2020-04-08 An comment I received from a friend of mine who works in the medical field with regard to using and fit testing these masks: "I had the "male-narrow" mask fit test on me today along with a new model of N95 that I hadn't used before. Fit testing was done for both masks using the 3M Qualitative Fit Test Apparatus FT-30 (bitter). We did the 3d printed mask first and it passed fit testing on me. My filter set up includes a precisely cut rectangle of Filtrete 1900 material flush on the inside front of the filter box, followed by about 8-10 pleats of the material, and finally an over sized rectangle on the back of the filter which protrudes from all sides of the filter box when it is snapped on to the mask. The mask isn't the most comfortable of course but it seems to work. For straps I cut one of those rubber exercise resistance bands down in to approximately 1 cm widths and have them so the mask very tight to my face. This is of course doesn't officially validate the filter or mask in anyway. "
