Cowboy Bebop Wall Clock

Cowboy Bebop Wall Clock

This is a snap together wall clock featuring a silhouette of Spike from Cowboy Bebop. The image used to create the clock is not my own, I claim no ownership of the image!  I just thought it looked cool, and would make a great clock, and figured others might agree and want one too :)This is printed in 6 different pieces which fit together VERY TIGHTLY.  If you don't have a fairly well calibrated printer, you might not enjoy assembling this project! In my case, the pieces fit well enough, but took some coaxing with a small hammer and an a small aluminum plate (used a flat heat sink I had laying around.  Point is, you want something flat to lay between the piece and the hammer, so it doesn't damage the pieces.).  It didn't take a lot of force, but some of these pieces are VERY thin and can break easily.  Most of this is printed in PETG, but the red parts are printed in PLA (because I only have red in PLA).  If you have PETG, I would HIGHLY recommend using it for this project.I bought the clock parts on Amazon for around $8 US.You are going to want to glue the black Spike piece to the back plate it sits in.  It wants to push out at the bottom, because there isn't anything to hold it down at the bottom edge.  In my case, I also want to glue the back plate to the ring it sits in, as it pops out relatively easily. The red plate is keyed to the black ring, to make sure it assembles upright.  The only supports you may need, would be on the red back plate, inside the key slots.  The rest can be printed without any supports!I think that about covers it :)If you print it, let me know how you like it!  I would love feedback, so I can improve my design process!
