Meet Cozmo the Bro-bot. He can have either legs or tank treads. It is fully articulated at each major joint, but the joints are held with friction, so it is not appropriate for rough use. Supports will be necessary for the head, legs, waist, hands and upper torso. Upper and lower torso pieces are printed separately and then glued together. Printing the tank treads takes some work. First print the tank chassis. It will then need 6 axels, 8 large wheels and 4 small wheels. The small wheel should be placed in the top position on each side. Place the wheels in position by gluing the axels in the holes on the chassis. Then you will need to print 52 tank treads, 26 for each side. The treads attach to each other with a piece of 1.75 filament threaded through the hole. I did not design the tank treads, but I can't remember where I found it. Props to the original designer, whoever you are. It took me about 5 days of printing to finish it. It took a long time, but it was totally worth it!
