CP40 Nozzle Holder / Changer

Summary This is my nozzle changer for OpenPnP, the printed parts consist of a shim and a clip plate. The shim get sandwiched between two aluminium plates that I milled out on a Shapeoko2 and the clip bolts under the bottom plate. The whole assembly is mounted on 20mm M3 standoffs. You can see the nozzle change in action https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IGgQiBn6JW8 Post-Printing In addition to milling the aluminium plates I also sanded the "tips" a bit to make slightly out of alignment insertions easier. How I Designed This This is a simple openscad script and for the plates I used librecad.
