I am in a group of engineers who volunteered to help our local hospitals to overcome COVID-19 pandemic. Currently we are mainly focused on 3D printing of respirators and protective shields for local hospital. We still looking for ways how to use our resources (means 3D printer) to help.

Idea of printing these CPAP parts came from me, unfortunately I am still a student, so I do not know how to perform necessary calculations for airflow.
Designes which I posted was made by old blueprints of whisper flow generators.
Currently I am trying to get better blueprints, to reverse engineer the dimensions.

I know it is not an everyday life necessity for major of us, and I hope it will never be. But there are cases of Covid, in which it may be lifesaving.

Print instructions

The whole body would be printed on SLA printer as one part, and then the valves would be added. We were thinking about different types of resin, mainly durable and rubber like resins, to find an optimal material.

Second possible way of manufacturing is on multi material FDA printer with two simultaneously heated nozzles.
