I needed a way to extend my CPAP hose and had an 8 inch extension I wanted to use but had no coupler. I figured out in Tinkercad how to create a very slight cone. This tapers from 22mm to 22.5mm so it slides easily onto the hose. Instructions I printed mine without support using 2 extra shells and 10% infill at .27mm layer height.
