Cr-10 (A31) Dial Gauge Indicator for bed

Remixed this (from Caster, who was kind to provide the STEP file) to fit the dial indicator I bought (http://www.ebay.com/itm/0-01mm-Accuracy-Precision-Indicator-Gauge-Dial-Indicator-Measurement-Instrument/262773031533?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649) and also adjusted it, so it fits the housing of the hotend on my Afinibot A31, which seems to be a bit different from the (curent) CR-10. I took off the grill in front of the heat break cooling fan, since it has no real function. If you calibrate one corner first using e.g. a business card you have measured with a caliper by first moving the Z-axis to the height of the card, then you can subsequently move up hotend, so the dial indicator fits, and then subsequently adjust all four corners to show the same value and you have a perfect bed level - verify by going to the middle of the bed and ensure there is no warping.
