Background: My CR-10S have a small problem: when the Z axe slides the X beam downwards, the right carriage lower edge ends up resting against the second motor support just a tad before the left carriage lower edge triggers the Z end switch, thus slightly tilting the X beam, such that it loses its horizon in part of its Z axis trajectory. I printed and mounted an adjustable Z end-stop (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2780362) but then the bed was a bit too low at minimum position. The springs were not tightened enough. To solve the issue, I designed a set of 4 spacers with different heights: 2, 3, 5 and 7 mm. you can then test the different models and finally choose the elevation you prefer
