CR-10 Bed Screw Z-Offset Shim

This is primarily for the __CR-10:__. It creates some additional space between the bed platform and screw knobs, so you'd print 4 of them for each corner. I had to use it for mine after removing the foil/foam (not on every CR-10 model) while doing the following mod: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JPuGmoH4aGA. It has a cutout where the bed spring rests in. It's recommended to use ABS or PET-G as the bed temperature could cause the plastic to warp if using PLA. Additionally, you can use cork to separate the piece from the bed and possibly mitigate heat transfer to the piece itself. There's a specific piece included if you are using cork.
