I took the original CR-10 control box stabilizer design and gave it a sleek makeover by adding some fillets to soften its sharp edges. I also thinned out the design since it doesn't need to be as bulky to get the job done. This modification will enable you to mount the filament spool off to the left side of the control box without it toppling over. One stabilizer placed towards the back of the control box should work just fine, but for extra peace of mind I recommend printing two - one for the front and another for the back.
