Cr-10 Dual Z-Axis Belt Tensioner

Cr-10 Dual Z-Axis Belt Tensioner

thingiverse

This is a slightly redesigned version of frans84's tensioner. I used the 50 teeth pulley and 1220mm belt from the kit below for a CR-10 S5. This will work with any CR-10 with dual Z-Axis, but will need a smaller belt. I like the 50 teeth pulleys as they provide more torque. I added an idler to pull the belt away from the front of the tension as the original design would rub. I made enough room so the idler is not needed, but it provides symmetry of the belt when tension is applied. You could also print a larger pulley if needed if you run out of adjustment if the belt is too long or stretched.
