CR-10 Dual Z Single Stepper 698Z M5 version

This is a modification of [Caster's](https://www.thingiverse.com/Caster/about) excellent dual-z CR-10 mod. I wanted to use 698z bearings with the brackets as I had a lot of them laying around, and also decided to switch to M5 bolts for better stability with the original 2020 aluminum frame. Please see the [original Thing](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2569379) for instructions and parts list. I've included the other unmodified parts from the original Thing as well so there's no need to download both. Also included are the fusion 360 factory files for anyone else who may want to tinker
