CR-10 Enhanced Fan Duct with Shield

This is a fan shroud for the CR-10 that blocks most of the air from the hot-end fan from hitting the print. I wanted something like this to help me print ABS, especially until I get around to building an enclosure. Everything I found either blocked the air or improved the airflow. I wanted something that blocked the air when the cooling fan wasn't on, but still worked well when the cooling fan was needed. So far this has worked well but I'm open to suggestions for improving it further. I printed the prototype in PLA and used it to print one in ABS. The PLA one worked fine, but there was some evidence of melting/warping around the nozzle, so I'd use ABS, PETG or something else with more heat tolerance for longevity. The part is designed to be printed in 3 parts and glued or welded together. I used ABS, so I made some ABS glue with acetone and scrap ABS filament. It worked great. The locating pins for the parts are pretty small (1.5mm) so you'll need to make sure your settings are dialed-in pretty well. The holes are sized at 1.6mm, so using a small 1/16" drill bit by hand works well for clearing any stray plastic from the holes if needed. The final version that I uploaded has a couple of very minor tweaks to improve fit and finish over the one I made, so please let me know if there are any issues!
