CR-10 Heatbed Center Wedge Jack

CR-10 Heatbed Center Wedge Jack

thingiverse

This is a variation of a warped heatbed center wedge jack/adjustment for CR-10 printers which makes it possible for the wedge jack to be placed at the very center of the heatbed without damaging the heatpad under it. You may need to measure the dimensions of your CR-10's heatpad and make any necessary adjustments to the 'cr10jackplate.stl' file before printing. I also suggest to print the aforementioned file in a high temperature material as this part will have direct contact with the bed. (e.g. nylon, PETG, etc.) If no high temperature material is available, you can also make use of the DXF files uploaded, lasercut it with 3mm MDF or plywood as material and glue/epoxy the two parts to look like the 3D file version.
