Its a clip for keep up the IKEA mirror without the "bulldog clip", "drawing clip". I modified this to clear the corners of the miror and on my CR-10 the clip of bed strain relief who touch the Z stepper mount. There are two separate models. One is for corners without the strain relief bracket. and the other one is for the corner with the strain relief bracket.
