I designed this to facilitate installing an SKR 1.4 Turbo board in my CR-10 Max. The stock Creality touchscreen doesn't work with the SKR, so this plate both covers over the screen hole, and provides a nice central mount for the new SKR board. Of course the SKR is too large to fit in the same spot as the original Creality board. I mounted a TFT35 touchscreen to the left of the control box, using another Thingiverse TFT35 screen box and a universal mount, to attach the box to the 2040 aluminum frame of the CR-10 Max.
